- Preparamos los ingredientes y hacemos un puré con la calabaza, los 300 gramos lo ponemos a hervir con un poquito de agua con canela y clavo. Reservamos.

- Ponemos todos los ingredientes a la licuadora menos la harina, una vez licuado mezclamos con la harina en forma envolvente, luego ponemos la mezcla en un molde enmantecado con horno a 180° por 45 minutos aproximados.

- Así de hermosos y muy esponjosos quedaron.
