(si es necesario agregar más harina)
- Tapar y dejar leudar hasta que duplique su volumen por aproximadamente una hora y media. En un lugar cálido y sin corrientes de aire, por lo general yo lo pongo en el microondas😉
- Una vez que haya levado desgasificar sobre la mesada y acomodar en el molde elegido enmantecado y enharinado y dejar leudar nuevamente hasta que doble su volumen.
- Precalentar el horno por 10 minutos a fuego moderado, espolvorear el pan con harina (esto es opcional, a mi me gusta por que le da una honda rústica, también lo pueden pincelar con leche)y hacerle unos cortes en la superficie. Cocinar por aproximadamente 40 minutos, para comprobar el punto de cocción pinchar con un palillo y si sale seco ya estará listo😄😄😄
