  3. En una pequeña cacerola colocar dos cucharadas de manteca y cuando esté derretida agregar la harina o maizena revolviendo constantemente. Una vez unida, se agrega de a poco la taza de leche tibia/caliente y no dejar de revolver. Como me quedé con ganas del gusto del champiñón le agregué un saborizador, con lo que no hizo falta que le agregue sal, sino se le agrega sal/pimienta a gusto. Agregamos ésta salsa al salteado de cebolla, pimiento y champiñón
  4. Hervir la calabaza previamente corta en pequeños trozos y una vez que se ablandó, colarla y hacerla puré. Agregamos la preparación anterior y mezclar todo el relleno.
  5. Por último, colocar el relleno en el panqueque junto a pequeños trozos de queso blanco. Envolverlo cómo más te guste y llevar a horno o microondas para calentarlo.
