- Luego saltar cebolla, ají, verdeo, ajo picado, un pedacito de chorizo corado bien picadito, y luego agregar la salchicha (ya hecha) en rueditas, y el bife de chorizo en daditos (previamente sellado - que quede rojito por dentro así después termina la cocción cuando vuelve la calabaza al horno y no queda seco. Mezclamos ese exquisito relleno con queso rallado.
- Ahuecamos la calabaza dejando una capita finita del puré como para que no se nos rompa la cáscara de zapallo digamos e incorporamos todo el relleno. Por encima ponemos copitos de queso tipo Finlandia y por encima todo el puré que sacamos de la calabaza (les va a sobrar porque es sólo una capa abundante por encima pero tampoco que sea una montaña.. je je).
- Etapa final - Queso en hebras, un chorrito de oliva y vuelve al horno. A disfrutar
