- Lo primero que hacemos es lavar y ahuecar la calabaza, dejando el espacio que queremos rellenar luego. Guardamos la pulpa del interior de la calabaza, que retiramos para cocinarla luego, con el relleno. Llevamos la media calabaza salpimentada (cáscara para arriba), a hornear con unos hilos de aceite de oliva a 180º por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
- Mientras tanto, salteamos en un sartén la cebolla picada, hasta dorar, e incorporamos la calabaza que reservamos antes picada chiquita. Agregamos la carne cortada en cubos pequeños, el perejil y salpimentamos. Dejamos que todo se cocine por unos 10 minutos.
- Controlamos la calabaza que llevamos al horno y la damos vuelta, cáscara para abajo. La dejamos cocinar hasta que notemos, con un tenedor, que está bien tierna. La retiramos para rellenar.
- Cuando la carne y demás ingredientes estés cocidos, apagamos el fuego. Incorporamos el jamón cortado en finas tiras, el queso cremosos también en cubos (reservamos un pedazo para la cubierta) y dos cucharadas que queso crema, mezclamos todo nuestro relleno.
- Pasamos a rellenar el interior de la calabaza y finalizamos con unos trozos de queso cremoso y perejil por encima. Llevamos nuevamente al horno por 5 minutos más y está lista para comer!!!
