- Mezclamos bien todos los ingredientes. Luego empezamos a armar pequeñas tartitas con las tapas de empanada, le vamos haciendo pellizquitos en los bordes y los doblamos para que queden más armada y las vamos colocando en una pizzera, asadera o alguna fuente para horno. Colocamos unas dos o tres cucharadas de relleno en cada una y espolvoreamos con un poco de queso rallado sobre cada una y listo al horno hasta que estén doradas.
