  5. Tips: En estos casos y para aprovechar toda la calabaza, solo hago al horno la parte fina o cuello hasta las semillas. La panza o cola del vegetal lo corto al medio, limpio bien de semillas y fibras y la hiervo, obteniendo así una segunda guarnición para otra comida. En lo que respecta al Pollo lo hago con piel para que conserve mas sus jugos y sabores y esta una vez a la hora de comer la descarto.
