  1. Lavamos bien y cortamos al medio el zapallo. Le quitamos las semillas y le hacemos unos cortes con cuchillo como se ve en la foto. Colocamos en asadera y ponemos un chorrito de aceite por encima, llevamos a horno y cocinamos hasta que esté tierno.
  2. Mientras en una olla con aceite caliente salteamos el morrón y la cebolla picados.
  3. Añadimos la carne picada y cocinamos hasta que la carne esté cocida y largue líquido que luego quitaremos.
  4. Cuando hayamos escurrido todo el líquido, ponemos sal, todos los condimentos elegidos y dejamos al fuego un par de minutos más. Apagamos y le añadimos el perejil picado.
  5. Ya cocido el calabacín lo ahuecamos con cuidado pero dejando un poco de pulpa. Lo que sacamos lo añadimos a la carne y mezclamos.
  6. Rellenamos presionando para que entre todo el relleno. Un poco me sobró. Cubrimos con mozzarella por encima y llevamos al horno a gratinar, hasta que quede dorado el queso.
  7. Cortamos y a disfrutar con el acompañamiento que nos guste!
