- Mezclo la avena triturada y la leche vegetal, una vez que están bien mezcladas, parto en trocitos el plátano lo hecho a la mezcla y bato bien todos los ingredientes.

- (Opcional) Para que las tortitas sean más esponjosas y gorditas también añado media cucharadita de levadura, pero esto es al gusto del consumidor y por ello opcional.
- En una sartén pongo unas gotitas de aceite, cuando ya está caliente retiro las gotitas con un papel o las vierto a una taza para luego volver a usarlas.
- Vertemos un poco de la mezcla, para que cubra el fondo de la sartén y quedé con la forma perfecta de la tortita.
- Esperamos 2-3 minutos por cada lado de la tortita. Sabremos que hay que darle la vuelta cuando metamos la espátula por debajo de la tortita y está no se pegue ni escurra parte de la mezcla.
